Saurobh Barick is a Registered Valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in valuation and financial advisory services. He holds an MBA in Finance, and LLB. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Management, with research focused on the Performance Analysis of SME IPOs in the Indian Capital Market.
Mr. Barick has strong expertise in equity and business valuation, having completed more than 600 valuation assignments across various industries. His experience includes valuations under FEMA, theIncome Tax Act, and the Companies Act, as well as M&A valuations, share valuations, and cross-border transaction valuations.
He also has extensive experience in 409A valuations, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), and ASC 718 valuations, delivering valuation reports aligned with global accounting and regulatory standards. In addition, he has been involved in over 15 mergers and acquisitions transactions and has handled more than 60 SME IPOs while heading a Category-I Merchant Banking division.
